Standard Policy for espoor™ Performance Apparel

To ensure a fair shopping experience at espoor™, our return and refund policies are fully compliant with US and International consumer protection standards. This policy applies to all jerseys, shirts, and athletic wear sold on this store.

1. Return Eligibility (Condition of Apparel)

In accordance with Google Shopping requirements for apparel, we accept returns on both defective and non-defective (e.g. buyer's remorse or sizing issues) products. To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in New Condition.
  • Jerseys and shirts must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
  • Must include all original espoor™ tags and original packaging.
  • Free from any odors, stains, or pet hair.

2. Return Window & Method

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. All returns must be sent By Mail to our administration office below:

3. Refund Processing Times

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of arrival), your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Restocking Fee: espoor™ does not charge a restocking fee ($0.00).
  • Return Shipping: For general returns (sizing/remorse), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Defective Items: If the jersey is defective or the wrong item was sent, espoor™ covers 100% of the return shipping costs. Please contact us for a pre-paid label in these cases.
