At espoor™, we specialize in high-performance athletic gear delivered directly from our US-based headquarters in Wyoming. We provide Free Professional Worldwide Shipping on all orders, ensuring every athlete has access to Pro-Series quality without extra costs at checkout.

1. Shipping Rates & Estimates

2. Processing & Handling

Order Processing: 1 - 2 Business Days (Mon-Fri)
Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM (EST)

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-demand periods (Pro-Series launches or holidays), processing may take an additional 24 hours.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your gear's journey directly via our Tracking Page.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Transparency Promise: At espoor™, the price you see at checkout is the final price for your gear.

  • Sales Tax & VAT: All applicable sales taxes and VAT are already included in the product price. You will not see surprise charges added to your total at checkout.
  • Import Duties: We cover standard import costs as part of our premium service. In the rare event that local customs authorities request a processing fee, please contact support@espoor.com with your receipt, and we will assist you.

5. Damages & Issues

If you receive your order damaged or encounter an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team immediately at support@espoor.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to assist us in resolving the claim quickly.
