To ensure our athletes receive their gear as quickly as possible, espoor™ uses an automated fulfillment system. Because processing begins rapidly, we have a strict window for order modifications or cancellations.

1. The 12-Hour Cancellation Window

You may request a cancellation within 12 HOURS of placing your order.

Once this 12-hour window has passed, or if the order has already entered the processing/packaging stage (whichever comes first), the order cannot be canceled. At that point, the standard 30-Day Return Policy will apply once you receive the item.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, you must contact us immediately via email. Requests sent after the 12-hour mark will be automatically declined by our system.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is confirmed within the 12-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. As per our financial policy, please allow 3 business days for the funds to reflect in your account (USA) or up to 10 days for international banks.
